Q: Do I need experience with meditation or breathwork?
A: No experience needed. Every step is guided. It’s designed for all levels and bridges the gap between physical training, recovery & motivation by helping you regulate your nervous system, clear mental noise, and refocus your energy.
Q: Is this a workout or more of a recovery session?
A: It’s mental recovery with rewiring for high performance. Expect light stretching, guided breathwork, and deep relaxation — no strenuous movement. (Think yin yoga, shivasana & proven neuroscience to help you reset & enhance your performance both inside & outside the gym).
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Nothing special — mats and blankets are provided. The environment is calm with dim lighting and relaxing music & beneficial sound frequencies.
